Formerly believing that he would never be able to have children, Anderson Cooper is now the delighted father of two sons

The 54-year-old CNN anchor Anderson Cooper disproved his younger self’s prediction that he would not have children. Cooper, who came out as gay when he was twelve, is now a proud father to two sons.

In April 2020, Wyatt Morgan, his first son, was born. Given that it was a name that was considered on his late mother Gloria Vanderbilt’s side and named after his late father, Wyatt Emory Cooper, the name “Morgan” has familial importance.

Cooper playfully acknowledged that he had purchased a lot of parenting books but had never read them in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres’ EllenTube. He praised the help of his ex-husband and co-parent, Benjamin Maisani, for his happiness in every part of fatherhood, despite the lack of preparation.

With Sebastian Luke Maisani-Cooper’s recent arrival, the family has grown. Cooper announced this information on his show, “Anderson Cooper 360,” and disclosed that Maisani is currently working on Wyatt’s adoption.

With his occasional hiccups, Sebastian, who was born healthy and happy, is already leaving an impact. Cooper is adamant about co-parenting his youngsters and declares his affection for Maisani as his best friend. He feels “definitely calmer” as a first-time father this time around, despite the first difficulties.
